We are US based and provide high quality customization to your hockey pucks. We are willing to work with you directly on a job of any size. Whether you are a one-time customer or a repeat customer, we will always take great care of you and provide you with the best service possible.
The rink, but since they wouldn’t let us move our equipment in, our shop is in Lakewood, Colorado.
Unfortunately, we aren’t the massive e-commerce giant with great shipping policies everyone is accustomed to. We are a small business and therefore charge shipping. The cost is based on the total shipment weight where a single hockey puck doesn’t weigh much (6-ounces to be exact), the weight can add up quickly when you’re ordering multiple pucks.
We don’t have a store front, but we would be willing to arrange a pickup. Just contact us before you place the order and we can set it up.
We will ship your custom pucks within 7 days of your order. Shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and shipping method selected. If you need us to ship them sooner, please reach out before placing your order and we will do what we can to meet your schedule.
We accept all major credit cards.
Since the pucks are custom we are not able to return the pucks. We do not check spelling, capitalization, or other factors, we print the exact design you submit. Please double check your work to ensure no issues.
As much as we wish we were hockey robots, we are human and mistakes can happen. If there are any issues with your order please contact us and we will make it right.
We utilize UV cured ink to add your customization. While it is very durable, ice is very abrasive. If you use the customized pucks for gameplay it will show signs of wear. How quickly this happens depends on the level of play. NHL pucks last less than a couple of minutes in play before the logo deteriorates, but mites might get a whole season without any wear. It is best to assume that if the custom pucks are used for play, at any level, they will not remain in pristine condition.
